Lionel Messi

Lionel Andrés Messi (born 24 June 1987 in Rosario, Santa Fe Province, Argentina) is an Argentine footballer who plays for Spanish La Liga club FC Barcelona and the Argentina national team. He has drawn comparisons to Diego Maradona; Maradona himself declared Messi his "successor".
Messi made his unofficial debut for the first team against Porto on 16 November 2003 (at 16 years and 145 days). Less than a year later he made his official debut against Espanyol on 16 October 2004 (at 17 years and 114 days), becoming the third-youngest player ever to play for FC Barcelona and youngest club player who played in La Liga (a record broken by team mate Bojan Krkić in September 2007). When he scored his first senior goal for the club against Albacete Balompié on 1 May 2005, Messi was 17 years, 10 months and 7 days old, becoming the youngest to ever score in a La Liga game for Barcelona until 2007 when Bojan Krkić, again, broke this record, scoring off a Messi assist.

2005–06 season

On 16 September, for the second time in three months, FC Barcelona announced an update to Messi's contract - this time improved to pay him as a first team member and extended till June 2014. Messi obtained Spanish citizenship on 25 September and was finally able to make his début in the season's Spanish First Division. He had previously been unable to play because Barcelona had filled their quota of non-EU players. Messi's first home outing in the UEFA Champions League came on 27 September against Italian club Udinese. He impressed with some great passing and a seemingly telepathic relationship with Ronaldinho that earned him a standing ovation from the 70,000-odd Camp Nou faithful.
Messi netted six goals in seventeen league appearances, and scored one Champions League goal in six. However, his season ended prematurely on 7 March 2006 when he suffered a muscle tear in his right thigh during the second leg of the second round Champions League tie against Chelsea. Barcelona ended the season as champions of Spain and Europe.

Real Madrid C.F.

Real Madrid Club de Fútbol (Spanish IPA: [ɾeal maˈð̞ɾið kluβ de ˈfutβol], usually known simply as Real Madrid) is a professional association football club based in Madrid, Spain. It is the most successful team in Spanish football and was voted by FIFA as the most successful club of the 20th century, having won a record thirty-one La Liga titles, seventeen Spanish Cups, a record nine European Cups and two UEFA Cups. Real was a founding member of FIFA and the now-defunct G-14 group of Europe's leading football clubs as well as its replacement, the European Club Association.
Founded in 1902, Real Madrid has since spent all of its history in the top flight of Spanish football. In the 1940s, the club, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the Ciudad Deportiva were rebuilt following the Spanish Civil War. The club established itself as a major force in both Spanish and European football during the 1950s. In the 1980s, the club had one of the best teams in Spain and Europe (known as La Quinta del Buitre), winning two UEFA Cups, five Spanish championships in a row, one Spanish cup and three Spanish Super Cups.
The club's traditional home colours are all white. Its crest has been changed several times in attempts to modernise or re-brand; the current crest is a modified version of the one first adopted in the 1920. Real's home is the 80,354-person-capacity Santiago Bernabéu football stadium in downtown Madrid, where it has played since 1947. Unlike most European football clubs, Real Madrid's members (socios) have owned and operated the club since its inception.
It has a long-standing and fierce rivalry with FC Barcelona, although Atlético Madrid is actually the closest professional football club. The El Clásico between Real Madrid and Barcelona has been played since 1929. Real is the world's richest football club (€366m) in terms of revenue.

Arsenal F.C.

They play in the Premier League and are one of the most successful clubs in English football, having won thirteen First Division and Premier League titles and ten FA Cups, and hold the record for the longest uninterrupted period in the English top flight.
Arsenal were founded in 1886 and were the first Southern club to join the Football League, in 1893. They won their first major trophies in the 1930s, with five League Championship titles and two FA Cups. After a lean period in the post-war years they became the second club of the 20th century to win the League and FA Cup Double in 1970–71, and during the past twenty years have recorded a series of successes – in this time Arsenal have won a Cup Double, two further League and FA Cup Doubles, the Premier League title unbeaten, and became the first London club to reach the UEFA Champions League Final.
The club's colours have traditionally been red and white, which have evolved through history. Similarly, the club have changed location over time; the team were initially founded in Woolwich, south-east London, and in 1913 they moved north across the city to Arsenal Stadium, Highbury. In 2006 they made a less drastic move to their current home, the Emirates Stadium in nearby Holloway.
Arsenal have a large fanbase, who hold a string of long-standing rivalries with several other clubs; the most notable of these is with neighbours Tottenham Hotspur, with whom they regularly contest the North London derby. Arsenal are one of the richest clubs in English football (valued at over £600m as of 2008), and thanks to their stature, have regularly featured in portrayals of football in British culture. Arsenal Ladies are the most successful English club in women's football and are also affiliated with the club.

Cesc Fàbregas

Francesc "Cesc" Fàbregas Soler (born 4 May 1987 in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona) is a Spanish central midfielder who captains the English Premier League club Arsenal and plays for the Spanish national team. Fàbregas started his career as a trainee with Barcelona but was signed by Arsenal in September 2003. He did not feature much in his first season for The Gunners, but following injuries to key midfielders in the 2004–05 season, his playing time increased. Before long, he had established himself as Arsenal's starting central midfielder and playmaker. He went on to break several of the club's records, earning a reputation as a technically gifted player. In international football, the Spaniard's national career began when he represented the Under-17 side at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championship in Finland. As a result of his club performances, he was called up to the senior squad in 2006. He has played in the 2006 World Cup and Euro 2008, where he was one of the players that helped Spain lift the trophy.

Ronaldinho

Ronaldo de Assis Moreira (born March 21, 1980 in Porto Alegre), commonly known as Ronaldinho or Ronaldinho Gaúcho, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Italian Serie A side Milan and the Brazil national team.
Ronaldinho, Portuguese for "Little Ronaldo", is known in Brazil by the nickname "Gaúcho", in order to distinguish him from Ronaldo, who was already called "Ronaldinho" in Brazil. Ronaldo simply went by his first name upon his move to Europe, thereby allowing Ronaldinho to drop the "Gaúcho" and remain simply as Ronaldinho. During his early years at Barca he was very much a star player, but his party lifestyle became too much for the management to accept so decided to let him leave to Milan in summer 2008.
He has played for Paris Saint-Germain, and Barcelona, with whom he won his first Champions League in 2006. He became a Spanish citizen in January 2007.

علاج الإكتئاب
قالت دراسة بريطانية إن الأطباء يصفون ممارسة التمرينات الرياضية بشكل متزايد لأولئك الذين يعانون من الإكتئاب.
وذكرت الدراسة التي أجرتها مؤسسة الصحة العقلية، وشملت 200 طبيب من الذين يندرجون تحت فئة ممارس عام، أن 22 بالمئة منهم يصفون التمارين الرياضية لأولئك الذين يعانون من الإكتئاب المتوسط.
يذكر أن 5 بالمئة فقط من الأطباء كانوا يصفون التمارين الرياضية كعلاج للإكتئاب المتوسط قبل 3 أعوام.
وقالت المؤسسة أنه من المهم ألا يركز الأطباء على وصف العقاقير المضادة للإكتئاب باعتبار أن هناك وسائل أخرى.
وقال البحث إن التمارين الرياضية تساعد الذين يعانون من الإكتئاب من الدرجة المتوسطة لانها ترفع من تقديرهم لأنفسهم من خلال تحسين صورة أجسادهم أو تحقيق أهدافهم.
كما أن التمارين الرياضية تساعد في إفراز المخ لمواد كيميائية مثل الأندورفينس التي تجعل الإنسان يشعر أنه في حالة أفضل.
وتقول سيليا ريتشاردسون المديرة بمؤسسة الصحة العقلية "إن التمارين يمكنها أن تساعد الناس جسديا واجتماعيا وبيولوجيا".
ووجدت الدراسة ان عدد الاطباء الذين يؤمنون بفوائد العلاج بالتمارين قد ارتفع بدرجة كبيرة، فقبل 3 سنوات كان 41 بالمئة فقط يرون أن التمارين تمثل علاجا "فعالا أو فعالا للغاية" بالمقارنة بـ 61 بالمئة حاليا.
ويقول أندرو ماكولوج المدير التنفيذي بمؤسسة الصحة العقلية "إن الاكتئاب مرض معقد لذلك يجب أن يكون العلاج متنوعا وان تتاح المرضى فرصة للاختيار".
ومن جانبه، قال البروفيسور ستيف فيلد من الكلية الملكية للطب العام "إن هناك وعيا في الوقت الحالي بين الاطباء لفوائد التمارين وهناك دليل متزايد على فعاليتها، ورد الفعل من جانب المرضى يؤكد على فوائدها الكبيرة".

عبري - من محمود زمزم :انتزع النهضة صدارة الترتيب العام لدورى عمان موبايل بعد ان اقتنص ثلاث نقاط غالية اثر فوزه امس على صور بهدفين للاشيء في المباراة التي اقيمت بينهما على ملعب المجمع الرياضي بعبري في اطار مباريات الاسبوع الاخير لمرحلة الذهاب احرز هدفي اللقاء نجم النهضة محمد المشايخي في الدقيقتين 28 ، و36 من الشوط الثاني وبذلك يرتفع رصيد النهضة الى 20 نقطة وتتبقى له مباراة مؤجلة ، ويتجمد رصيد صور عند النقطة 12 .
الشوط الاولشهدت بداية اللقاء سرعة وحماسا من الفريقين بغية امتلاك الملعب وخطف هدف السبق ، وفي الدقيقة 3 يسدد عبد الرحمن ثويني من خارج الـ18 للنهضة لكنها تعلو القائم ، بعدها يحاول النهضة بناء هجمة سريعة وفي الدقيقة 7 يمرر سالم الشامسي كرة متقنة الى محمد المشايخي يلعبها برأسه فوق القائم ، يهدأ بعدها رتم اللقاء ويحاول كلا الفريقين بناء الهجمات من اختراقات من العمق لكن دون جدوى لتتفوق دفاعات الفريقين ، وفي الدقيقة 25 تصل الكرة الى سالم الشامسي داخل الـ6 ياردة يلعبها برأسه قوية الى المرمى لكن يخرجها قيصر الحبسي حارس صور ببراعة ، ويحاول صور بعدها بناء هجمات من الأجناب لكن لم ينجح سليم نايل مهاجم صور في استغلال احدى الفرص ، وفي الدقيقة 40 يرسل محمد مصبح الشامسي عرضية داخل منطقة صور ليستقبلها خميس الزعابي برأسه لكنها تعلو القائم بقليل لينتهي بعدها الشوط الاول بالتعادل السلبي .
